The rhythm of the windows sets the structure of the image, a sequence of horizontals interrupted by Roberto’s vertical figure. The middle tones hold the space together, while the contrast separates the body from the architecture without pulling it away from it. The human figure becomes the break in an otherwise ordered geometry.
