In Mar de Cuerpos (Sea of Bodies), William Blandón composes a living tide. The bodies, intertwined and overlapping on a bed of pine needles, resemble a fluid current — limbs becoming waves, torsos folding into one another like swells on the surface of the sea. There is no single center; instead, the image pulses with a collective rhythm, a surrender to gravity and to one another.

The photograph oscillates between intimacy and vastness: up close, it is skin, breath, touch; from afar, it becomes a single undulating form, a human ocean. Here, exposure transforms into immersion — a ritual not of solitude but of union, where individuality dissolves into a greater flow.
